Jeaneen is experienced in the day-to-day reality of leadership, having spent 15 years as an executive. She brings an intuitive, whole systems lens to her refined, wise, and empathetic approach. When you work with her, rest assured she will fiercely target your blind spots and unhelpful belief systems, drawing from her years of meditation and ongoing fascination with the intersection of neuroscience and leadership development. Her everyday question to herself and those she serves is: “How do I awaken and sustain a relationship with my best Self, leading from the clarity and inspiration that arises there?”
Of her many leadership development engagements, she highlights her accomplishments as a Conscious Business Facilitator for LinkedIn, where she contributed to their remarkable culture of transformation, integrity, collaboration, humor, and results. Jeaneen coached and facilitated within a program offered to Linkedin’s global employee base spanning all leadership levels. She worked with over 800 leaders, training them in conscious attitudes, authentic communication, creative collaboration, and impeccable coordination.
Jeaneen has also served on the Coactive Training Institute (CTI) training faculty and PWC’s Senior Associate Leadership Development Experience.
She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and has earned The Leadership Circle Profile and Collective Leadership Certification. Jeaneen is a member of the International Coach Federation and holds the certification of Professional Certified Coach (PCC). Recently she became certified in the Integrative9 Enneagram leadership development approach.
Her team and organizational coaching credentials include completing Organizational & Relationship Systems Coaching Training with the Center for Right Relationship Global. Jeaneen has studied with the Satir Institute of the Pacific completing Satir Transformational Systemic Therapy, Level 1. She has served as a Centerpoint Partner Coach and is certified in Centerpoint’s Cycle of Change Model. She graduated Magna Cum Laude and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin.
Jeaneen is a world-class sailor, having placed 17th in North America on an all female crew. She has practiced meditation since 1991 and brings a strong intuitive sense to her work.
